But, you don't just have to join a team to take part in Yate Relay For Life!
There is a whole host of different ways that you can help us beat cancer sooner!
Whether its joining our event team, helping us with sponsorship or simply dedicating a candle bag, there's lotos of ways that you can play your part!
TEAMS
You only need two people to enter a team for Relay, and there is no maximum team size! Typically Relay teams are around 8-15 people.
All ages and abilities are welcome to join a team- the more the merrier.
Don't forget to name the team, be creative as this is your Relay identity!
The team captain is responsible for forming the team and recruiting members. Each member must sign up individually. The team captain will be the main point of contact for the Relay Event Team.
Once you have your team you can start fundraising together, this could be as simple as gathering sponsorship from friends, or hosting quiz nights! The only limit is your imagination and we are here to support you any way we can!
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
Whether it's donating raffle prizes, becoming a main sponsor, or providing equipment, if you think you're able to help we'd love to hear from you. We have a range of sponsorship packages available and you can find a lot more information on our corporate sponsorship page.
