WHAT IS RELAY?
Yate Relay For Life brings together teams of friends, family and colleagues, who walk in a relay for 24 hours to raise money for Cancer Research UK!
Teams take part in year round fundraising, then celebrate their efforts by walking during the weekend!

CELEBRATE
We open Relay with our Guest Of Honour cancer survivors leading the opening lap, as we celebrate their journey, courage and survivorship.
REMEMBER
At dusk, we remember those lost to cancer with the candle of hope ceremony, where dedicated candle bags line the track ahead of a ceremony of remembrance.
FIGHT BACK
Teams walk throughout the 24 hours and continue the fight back against cancer by raising money for Cancer Research UK. Entertainment keeps them motivated!
