MAKE THE MOST OF IT!
Make the most of the Relay weekend by staying on-site and being part of the event from start to finish. Whether you’re camping with your team or simply want to enjoy the full Relay experience, our camping area provides a convenient place to stay throughout the event.
Camping is available FOR FREE exclusively for registered participants and volunteers attending Relay.
CAMPING INFO
Camping is located within the middle of the track at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex, allowing easy access to all Relay activities throughout the weekend.
Participants are welcome to bring tents and camping equipment for the duration of the event.
Please note, there is no car access track side so you should expect a walk of at least 200m to the track.
FACILITIES
Campers will have access to, toilet facilities, drinking water points, event catering and refreshments, first aid support, designated camping areas.

IMPORTANT INFO
- This camping area will not be quiet overnight
- Music will be lowered from 11:30pm, but some noise is expected.
- Space may be limited, so please camp considerately and only use the space you need.
- BBQs and fire pits are not permitted.
- Please take care around shot put indentations in the grass and the camera rail on the inside of the track, especially after dark.
- Campsites must be cleared by 1:30pm on Sunday. Please wait until Relay has finished before packing up.
Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly using the bins provided, or take it home for recycling where possible.
