QUICK LINKS

FOOD AND DRINK - THE RELAY HUB - THE THEMED LAPS - ENTERTAINMENT - TAKE PART

  1. Head to Yate Outdoor Sports Complex, for sat nav’s use the post code BS377LB.

  2. On arrival tell the stewards you are here for Relay and you will be directed to the car park!

  3. Speak to one of our friendly event team, collect your free event programme and park, gates will open at 9.30am.

  4. If you are a team captain head to the relay hub to register your team. Or put your tents up and get ready to Relay with the opening ceremony at 11.30am


No teams will be allowed to arrive earlier than 9.30am or set up on Friday. 

ARRIVING AT RELAY

We have 2 camping zones at Relay-


The Main Zone

The main camping area is on the infield of the track. This area will be busy, so please do not take too much room. This area will be noisy throughout the weekend.


The Quiet Camping Zone

This is a quieter area, but it may not be silent. If there are issues, please speak to a committee member.


Throughout, please be respectful of neighbours.

CAMPING AT RELAY

Over the weekend there will be committee members avaliable at all time. They will be vsisible in Red Tee Shirts.


Should you need anything speak to one of the ocmmittee members.


In emergencies, go to the Relay Hub or the DJ tent. One of these will be manned at all times.


For First Aid assistance, either shout for help or go to the DJ Tent. 

DURING THE WEEKEND

All camping zones must be cleared by 1.30pm. Please do not start moving thights from site until after Relay is finished.


Please ensure that all rubbish is collected and deposited into the revelant bin at one of the recycling points. We encourage you to recycle as much as possible.
